  • Do you have Gluten Free Bread?

At this time we do not have a source for ethically or sustainably produced Gluten Free breads.

  • What Makes It Ethical?

We source our ingredients and products from local vendors whom we have a relationship with and can be a part of experiencing how these items are produced.

  • What is a Carbon Footprint?

A carbon footprint is the amount of carbon dioxide and other carbon compounds emitted due to the consumption of fossil fuels by a particular person, group, etc.  In our case, we cannot get around using propane for fuel, nor the fuels used by delivering products to us. As we grow our business, we will also grow our resources to better address these issues. We also leave a footprint with the meats we eat, and this is why beef will NEVER be on our menu, as it has the highest carbon footprint of all foods, along with lamb. For these reasons, we donate to the companies chosen by our employees to help offset these carbon emissions.

  • Is your food spicy?

Chef Seth is big on flavor, so there is a bit of a kick to the slaw and aioli we use, but on a scale of 1 -10 (10 being the spiciest), we suggest it as a 3.

  • What type of spice blends do you use?

The Chicken Crossing special spice blend is a secret, of course, but the flavor profile is taken from Southeast Asia and India.

  • Do you sell alcohol?

We do not sell alcohol, nor do we have a OLCC license to do so at this time.  We will let our guests know through social media when we do get licensed to sell/serve alcohol in the future.  BYOB

  • Will you be expanding your menu?

Yes!  As we get things settled and moving smoothly, we will be adding items to the menu that will be exciting and delicious!
