That's more than the country of Norway! Chicken Crossing's mission is to show our guests there's a way you can have fast, flavorful foods, while still keeping a connection to the land and environment we share. You may have many reasons to choose to eat better, or just one, and Chicken Crossing is a place you can feel comfortable making that choice.

About Our Menu
Our menu offers a variety of thoughtfully prepared, fast-food staples anchored by our Fried Chicken Sandwich and Vegan Fried Sandwich, which appeared on Food Network's "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives!" Our Crossing Sauce will be available for purchase as soon as we're able, and we'll always provide condiments that are either made in-house, or sourced as close to our business as possible. And as our business grows, our menu options will be able to expand as well.

About Our LOCATION
In our efforts to be as carbon neutral as possible, while providing the best quality fast foods, we have chosen to donate any, and all cash tips, to companies that will help offset any carbon footprint we may leave behind. In the meantime, our 6th and Blair location a.k.a. "The Blair Triangle," is being built and furnished by local craftspersons and handicrafters, where high-backed benches, planters, trees, and shade sails will provide a relaxing and quiet spot to sit and enjoy a lovely meal set to an ever changing soundtrack.
